We are delighted that you are considering NLCS Dubai for your child’s education.
In this section, you will find our online application form and information about our fees and payments structure. Whilst we aim to provide as much helpful information as possible, we would very much welcome the chance to meet with you in person at our School.
There is no particular ‘type’ of student, who is right for NLCS Dubai, but we believe our school is suitable for parents who are seeking an academically ambitious education for their child, in an environment where the whole child can grow. We strive to admit students who have academic potential, and who will contribute positively to school life through their motivation, curiosity about the world, and willingness to try new things.
NLCS Dubai operates a degree of selection in our admissions policy, which is in keeping with the ethos of NLCS (UK) and NLCS Jeju, in South Korea. We are currently admitting students from Pre-KG to Grade 10, for entry in the 2017/18 academic year. Although we are a branch of NLCS (UK), due to our all-through IB curriculum, we use the ‘grades’ system to describe school year groups (PKG to Grade 12 as opposed to Reception to Year 13 in the British system).
2017-18 SCHOOL YEAR
Please refer to the chart below to find out which grade your child will be placed into if enrolling at NLCS Dubai for the 2017-18 School Year. As an IB Continuum school, we use the K-12 nomenclature for year-levels; the table below indicates the equivalent year group, for parents more familiar with the UK system.
